SPGH Cheer Clinic will be held at the Moose Lodge

Ages: 2020-2010

Dates: June 23rd - July 28th

Times:

5YO - 8YO: 5-6:30 PM

9YO - 14YO: 6-7:30PM

Athletes will work on bodyweight strength training to build muscle and flexibility necessary for jumps, tumbles and stunts.
